Notes On Eating This Delicious Dessert

This is a really easy recipe for banana and chocolate cheesecake, using two of your favorite ingredients. You will have to go out of your way a little if you do not have a blender, but most houses in America have blenders now.

With such simple ingredients (as long as you don't forget any), you should be able to make it very easily. It may take around an hour or two (depending on how fast you are at cooking), so it isn't something to try doing at 10 pm because you get hungry every night like I do.

Seriously though, how does that happen? Do you eat a ton at dinner and then get hungry again? That makes no sense to me... Try out my banana and chocolate cheesecake recipe; see what you think!

Banana and Chocolate Cheesecake Step By Step

To make a great cheesecake you need to have a shortcrust pastry for a base, sweetened cream cheese, egg yolks, butter, and cream.

Your filling will be creamy but firm enough to slice. Start by putting together your shortcrust pastry: Mix together your butter (room temperature), icing sugar (caster or icing), vanilla extract, flour (plain), and an egg until it comes together into a ball of dough.

Pop it in to cool while you do other things - when it is cold wrap it in cling film then put it in your fridge until you are ready to use it.

For your filling beat together 3 or 4 blocks of cream cheese with some caster sugar (1/2 to 1 cup) depending on how sweet you like it.

If you like bananas, then I’m sure you’ll love the Banana and Chocolate Cheesecake recipe. Easy to make, all you need are a few common ingredients, which are available almost everywhere. You can also use other flavors of ice cream.

However, try to stay away from chocolate, since it will compete with chocolate cheesecake in terms of flavor, but that doesn’t mean that banana is less delicious than chocolate.

If you want a lighter taste with a strong aroma of banana with a little kick of cinnamon flavor then go for Banana Cinnamon Ice Cream or Banana Crepe Cake.
